Please do not return any equipment until you have notified the technical support that you intend to do so as we cannot be held liable for any incoming unsolicited goods. We will then also provide you with a reference number which can be used for any further enquiries.
In this case you will receive a so called RMA number (Return Material Authorization) which should be clearly indicated on the shipment with which you return equipment to us. You can request one of these here. We will be happy to discuss further procedures with you in person.
